My father had a dream of changing his community through food.  Growing up I spent my Saturday's catering in South Carolina and learning the culinary secrets of the southern chef.  Since then, I have taken all that my father taught me and add a few things of my own to become the chef that I am today.  I believe in bold flavors, hearty portions, and festive cuisine.
